 QUALITY AND PATIENT SAFETY COMMITTEE – COCASEP The main objective of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee is to ensure the compliance of the expected results defined by the Quality Policy of the organization, according to the international lines of action and standards as well as according to the standards considered in the National and State Programs. 

 CLINICAL RECORDS COMMITTEE The Clinical Records Committee has the objective of ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to accomplish the registration of relevant data for making decisions related to the medical attention of the patients in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 BIOETHICS COMMITTEE The Bioethics Committee has the objective of ensuring respect to the human rights of the patient of their family and of the health personnel during the medical attention and all the processes linked to it in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 PHARMACY AND THERAPEUTICS COMMITTEE The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee has the objective of ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to detect evaluate analyze and prevent adverse effects related to the use of pharmaceutical products in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 NOSOCOMIAL INFECTIONS COMMITTEE The Nosocomial Infections Committee has the objective of ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to achieve safety in patient care through the prevention of infections acquired inside the unit in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 PATIENT SAFETY COMMITTEE The Patient Safety Committee has the objective of ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to prevent that our patients suffer damage as a result of the actions that aim to help them in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 MORTALITY AND PREVENTION OF PERINATAL AND MATERNAL MORTALITY COMMITTEE The Mortality and Prevention of Perinatal and Maternal Mortality Committee has the objective of ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to achieve effectiveness and safety in patient care utilizing Evidence-Based Medicine tools in the selection of better medical practices in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 SAFETY AND HYGIENE COMMITTEE The Safety and Hygiene Committee has the objective of ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to prevent accidents and/or illnesses generated in the work area in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards. 

 HOSPITAL DISASTER COMMITTEE The Hospital Disaster Committee has the objective of encouraging that the necessary actions are taken to properly identify and mitigate risks in case of disasters defining strategies to ensure continuity of the attention to patients in compliance with the compromise established in the Quality Policy of the Institution and according to the National and International standards.
